Inside Sales Representative

Position Overview

Provide direct support to account teams in the ongoing development of existing and prospective JADAK business

Management Expectations

  • Represent JADAK in a positive professional manner at all times
  • Interact with both internal JADAK employees and outside contacts according to JADAK core      values
  • Arrive to work and meetings on time and prepared

Inside Sales Responsibilities

  • Support territory managers by maintaining accurate sales forecasts, data gathering, and reports for      named accounts
  • Work with Marketing to define target lists for potential customers
  • Perform daily calls to targeted customers in order to identify revenue opportunities
  • Work with OEM partners and internal territory managers to follow up on new customer leads
  • Respond to requests from customers for information and give online presentations
  • Develop quotation according to established JADAK sales strategy
  • Follow up on quotes delivered
  • Report on status of quotes delivered
  • Document customer activity in CRM system
  • Conduct post sale follow up. Collecting and reporting post sales customer information/issues.      Engage territory manager and or Engineering where customer support is needed
  • Participate in weekly management meeting to update the progress on daily activities and learn      about new initiatives
  • Regularly communicate with sales coordinators to ensure customer delivery dates are met
  • Perform calls daily in an attempt to renew former business

Qualifications

  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to verbally communicate with customers and fellow employees
  • High school graduate or equivalent required, bachelors degree preferred
  • Must be able to function well in a team or group environment
  • Must be a self-starter
