Sales Account Manager – China

Position Overview

JADAK has an open Sales position that will report directly to General Manager for Asia Pacific . Our targeted candidate’s goal will be to support the JADAK China Organization at Sales level, direct contact with our existing and new customers is a daily task. JADAK is a solution provider of customized data collection products servicing key vertical OEM markets. The individual will also work closely with his colleagues in US and EMEA on accounts who are cross region developing and/or manufacturing in the Chinese region.

Primary Responsibilities and Requirements

  • Is responsible for the Sales of JADAK’s products and services to target markets, mainly medical device manufacturers, utilizing our CRM system. Being the first line point of contact with these existing and potential customers.
  • Demonstrates technical selling skills and product knowledge in all areas listed above that allows Sales Associate to give effective presentations of JADAK’s capabilities.

  • Develops annual business and plan in conjunction with General Manager, which details activities to follow during the fiscal year, which will focus the Sales Associate on meeting or exceeding sales quota.
  • Complete understanding of pricing and proposal models and processes.
  • Demonstrates the ability to carry on a business conversation with business owners and decision makers.
  • Maximizes all opportunities in the process of closing a sale resulting in the taking of market share from competitors.
  • Sells consultatively and makes recommendations to prospects and customers of the various solutions the company offers to their business issues.
  • Develops a database of qualified leads through referrals, telephone canvassing, face to face cold calling on targeted decision makers, direct mail, email, and networking.
  • Assists in the implementation of company marketing plans as needed.
  • Creates and conducts effective proposal presentations and RFP responses that identify prospects business problems, the effects of the problems, and the JADAK solutions to their problems.
  • Responsible for sourcing and developing customer relationships and referrals.
  • Responsible for identifying and building effective key influencer relationships within target accounts to maximize revenue.
  • Demonstrates the ability to gather, submit detailed business information for evaluating, pricing, and presentation of solutions to identified prospects’ business problems.
  • Maintains accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities including sales calls, presentations, closed sales, and follow-up activities within their assigned territory, including the use of Microsoft CRM to maintain accurate records to maximize territory potential.
  • Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team.
  • Participates and contributes to the development of educational programs offered to customers, prospects and company employees.
  • Identifying Sales leads and follow up. (CRM)
  • Help maintain the accuracy within the sales systems.
  • Export the monthly/quarterly/yearly forecasts and review with the sales managers.
  • Keep track of the outstanding proposals and their stages.
  • Keep track of customer stock and contact them regularly for update and planning
  • Keep track of the customer pay performance and put customers on hold when necessary. Help as backup to the invoicing process. Help with the collections process and credit checks.
  • Establish customer credit with Finance.

  • Product/service knowledge
  • CRM knowledge will be an advantage
  • Inside Sales Experience (admin) (minimum 1- 3 years)
  • Open to travel within the EMEA territory and once a year to the United states.
  • English & French,  language knowledge is required. Additional language skills are welcome in specific Southern European
  • Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and staff within all departments and keep a customer driven environment.
