ThingMagic® RAINstream Software
RAINstream is JADAK’s solution for integrating ThingMagic® RAIN UHF RFID reader data into back-end processing systems using a variety of standard connections and protocols, simplified with an easy web interface for configuring settings sourced by ThingMagic readers.
Tag data can be sent through a customized data stream output, thus eliminating the need for interpretation at the host or server level, accelerating overall system speed.
With several options for reading, such as continuous, continuous while GPI line is active, or set for time duration when GPI line becomes active, RAINstream provides a variety of behaviors based on specific application requirements.
Reader, network and RFID protocol settings are configured and saved through the web interface that is sourced by the reader. Once the RAINstream license is applied, it remains in effect for the entire life of the product, even as new features are added to the product through firmware upgrades.
